Foundation Program

Help shape a modern ERP built for Australian councils

Axim is a modern, cloud-native ERP platform being developed specifically for Australian local government and adjacent public-sector organisations. We are now selecting a small number of foundation participants to validate the platform against real operational requirements and shape it around how councils actually work.

At this stage we are simply seeking expressions of interest and an initial, confidential conversation to determine whether there is a sensible fit. There is no obligation to proceed.

Why join the Foundation Program

A practical alternative, shaped by the councils that adopt it early

Axim is being built as a practical alternative to large incumbent platforms, focused on usability, modular adoption, API-first integration, strong governance, and a lower-friction implementation model.

The purpose of the program is not simply to provide early access. It is to work with a small number of aligned organisations to validate the platform against real operational requirements, refine implementation patterns, and ensure the product is shaped around the practical needs of councils rather than generic enterprise assumptions.

The engagement

What the Foundation Program involves

A defined scope agreed up front, focused on one or more operational areas
Clear success criteria and nominated business owners on both sides
Regular feedback and structured review sessions through the engagement
A staged approach to onboarding, at a pace that suits your team
No obligation to continue beyond the program period
Preferential commercial terms for participating organisations that choose to continue
Your part

What we are looking for in return

Genuine engagement from nominated process and business owners
Access to real operational requirements and current ways of working
Candid feedback on product fit and the implementation approach
Participation in structured review sessions through the engagement
Support in validating the platform against your day-to-day operations
Any public reference, case study, or testimonial only by mutual agreement
Where to focus

The program could focus on one or more defined areas

The Foundation Program is deliberately scoped. Rather than attempting everything at once, we agree on the areas where Axim can deliver practical value to your organisation first.

Customer requests and service management

Community request capture, SLA tracking, and resolution tied to the work that delivers it.

Property, rates, and spatial workflows

The annual rating cycle and property operations on a map-first interface.

Procurement and accounts payable

Requisitions, purchase orders, three-way matching, and vendor payment controls.

Documents, records, and SharePoint-aligned ECM

Records management, retention, and disposal governed alongside Microsoft 365.

WHS, assets, local laws, and animal management

Safety, asset lifecycle, enforcement, and regulated compliance in the field and back office.

AI-assisted workflow automation through Cowork

Governed, risk-tiered AI tasks with approval gates and a full audit trail.

Expression of interest

Register your interest

Share a little context and the Axim team will be in touch to arrange an initial, confidential conversation. Everything you send is treated in confidence.

What happens next

A clear, low-pressure path from interest to pilot

  1. 1We review your expression of interest and confirm whether there is a likely fit.
  2. 2We arrange an initial, confidential conversation to understand your priorities.
  3. 3Together we define scope, success criteria, and a staged onboarding plan.
  4. 4Selected participants are offered preferential terms to continue beyond the program period.
