About this notice
Axim Software Pty Ltd (“Axim”, “we”, “us”) operates this marketing website at axim.software. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through the site, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. It applies to this website only and does not cover the Axim platform, which is governed by the agreement we put in place with each customer organisation.
What we collect
We keep collection to a minimum and only gather what we need to respond to you.
- Enquiry and demo details. When you use the Book a Demo form, we collect your organisation name, work email address, role, and anything you choose to add about your priority areas. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you include in your message.
- Website logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. This helps keep the site secure and available.
We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask that you do not include it in the free-text field. Please share only what is needed to arrange the right conversation.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies, and we do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing pixels. We do not build profiles of visitors or track you across other sites.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange and tailor a product demonstration, and follow up on a commercial conversation you have started with us. We use website logs to operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the website and respond to you.
- Form delivery. The Book a Demo form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards each submission to our business email. Web3Forms is based in the United States, so demo enquiry details are processed overseas.
- Hosting.The site is hosted on Google’s Firebase Hosting, which serves the pages and keeps the technical logs described above.
- Email. Enquiries reach us through our business email system, where we manage the resulting correspondence.
We do not otherwise disclose your information, except where we are required or authorised to do so by law.
Information sent overseas
Because our form provider is based in the United States, information you submit through the Book a Demo form may be processed there. If you would prefer to keep your enquiry within Australia, email us directly at hello@axim.software instead of using the form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and demo correspondence only for as long as we need it to manage your enquiry, support the commercial conversation that follows, and meet our record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. Website logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period as part of normal operations.
Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit what we collect and who can access it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@axim.software and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you have a question or concern about how we have handled your personal information, email hello@axim.software and we will work with you to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
